Offered through our partnership with the Wellness Network of Edmonton and facilitated by Michelle Nichols, this course introduces self-care through the following dimensions: physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and relationship self-care. Assessment tools are used to gauge current level of self-care with a discussion about strategies and goal setting. The objective of the course is to bring awareness to self-care and the ways we can incorporate self-care into our lives with the hope of improved overall wellness. This course is open to the public as well as all employees and clients of Excel Society. Participants are welcome to come to one or all of the classes.
